Female Associate Campus Ministry Director

Start date: Summer 2009

We are currently seeking a full-time female Associate Campus Ministry Director, responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Lead the Women’s Ministry of SCF
  2. Evangelize the students of MSU
  3. Establish students in the truths of Christianity
  4. Equip students to be life-long laborers in the church
  5. Export students into the world as a Christian who labors in the lives of other people
  6. Work closely with campus ministry staff for a team-approach in ministry

Experience Desired

All staff are to become members of URC.  Experience in evangelism, discipleship, and Bible study is desired.  Since SCF functions as a team, teamwork, humility, vulnerability and teachability are priorities for the sake of the team.  Above all, Christian maturity is a requirement.

Terms of Employment

  1. This is a 2-year, renewable position with 3 weeks of annual leave to be taken during school breaks. The position is year round and full time. Different seasons of the year require different hours, but 48 hours a week is average. Flexibility, many nights and an ability to travel for extended periods are all requirements.
  2. Benefits are provided and are available upon request.
  3. The salary is based on the applicant’s education and experience and the salary scale is available upon request.
