David grew up in the middle of Michigan in a house full of believers. He attended MSU from 2019-2023 where he earned his bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. During this time, attendance (fall 2021) and membership (spring 2022) at URC along with student leadership in campus ministry steadily changed the desires of David’s heart. Through much prayer and seeking the counsel of many others, David has felt comfortable to forgo engineering and instead seek to confirm his internal and external call to vocational ministry.
David is excited to work with SCF and be used by God to shepherd college age young adults to grow in their love and knowledge of our Savior. In his spare time, David will be playing guitar, weight lifting as much as time allows, and cherishing every minute he spends with his beautiful wife, Lily (MSU nursing student and homemaker).
