Growing up, Eric attended church but never had a saving knowledge of Jesus. Upon his arrival at Michigan State in the fall of 2021, however, Eric was swept up by Cru, getting plugged into Bible studies and weekly meetings. It was around this time that he also began attending URC. He attests that God used this transition to unveil the light of the Gospel to him. Since then, he has steadily seen more and more of God’s love for him, growing as a disciple of Jesus.
Eric is a student in the Master of Divinity program at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary.
He married Nicole in November 2024. They enjoy running, drinking coffee, eating dessert, and spending quality time with one another. They have two cats, and would have more if they could.
