Women’s Ministry at URC is a place for women of all ages to connect and grow in their faith, so that they may be further equipped to minister to their families, their church, and their community.
We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, His power, and the wonders He has done… so that the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget His deeds but would keep His commands. - Psalm 78:4, 6-7
Plan to join us for the next retreat in January, 2022.
Book and Bible Studies
Every other Wednesday morning from 9:30 - 11:30 am, we enjoy a time of fellowship in reading and discussing various theological books. Please contact Jen Lane for more information. An evening Bible study meets from 7:00 - 8:30 pm the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, and also the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Currently we are studying The Word of the Lord by Nancy Guthrie. Please contact Katie Young for more information. There are several other women's small group Bible studies that meet on various days and times.
If you would like to join a group of two or three other women to pray together on a regular basis, please contact Kristen Umphlett ([email protected])
